This store operates under the Holacy brand. For seller, support, or legal contact, use the contact page. If you need business registration, tax, or address information before ordering, contact us before purchase.
Orders
Orders are offers to buy and are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, availability, fraud review, and production feasibility. We may refuse or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Product fit and customer responsibility
Cases are made for specific phone models. You are responsible for choosing the correct model before ordering. Use the sizing guide, and contact us before purchase if you are unsure.
Made-to-order production
Cases are produced after you order. Production and shipping estimates are described in the shipping policy. If a delay requires notice, cancellation rights, or a refund under applicable law, we will provide those options.
Returns and issues
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under the returns policy. Made-to-order items that arrive as ordered are generally not returnable for change of mind or wrong model selection.
Payments
Prices, taxes, shipping, and payment options are shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized or captured as required by the checkout flow.
Intellectual property
Designs, artwork, copy, photos, logos, and brand marks on this site belong to Holacy or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or accounts, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a harmful way, or use the store for fraud or unlawful activity.
