Orders

When will my order ship? Cases are made to order. Most leave production within 3-7 business days unless the product page or checkout shows a different estimate. Transit time is added after production.

Can I change or cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours from the contact page. If production has already started, we may not be able to change the model, design, or address, but we will help where possible.

Will I get tracking? Yes. When the order ships, we send a tracking link to the email used at checkout.

How do I pick the right phone model? Use the sizing and compatibility guide before ordering. Phone families can look similar, but cases are cut for exact camera and button layouts.

What are the cases made of? Durable polycarbonate and TPU selected for daily carry, clean print detail, and reliable protection.
