This policy explains what Holacy collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how you can contact us about your information.
Information we collect
- Order information - name, email, shipping address, items ordered, selected phone model, order totals, payment status, fulfillment status, and support history.
- Account information - email address and authentication records if you create or use an account.
- Newsletter and drop notices - email address and subscription preferences when you sign up.
- Support messages - anything you send through contact or order support.
- Site events - basic first-party events, such as page visits and shopping actions, used to understand store performance and improve the site.
- Functional preferences - choices such as theme and dismissed announcement bars.
Cart and browser storage
Your cart, wishlist, and recently viewed items may be stored in your browser so the store works between visits. Cart details are sent to us when you check out or create an order.
Cookies
We use cookies or similar storage for sign-in sessions, basic store preferences, and essential checkout/account functionality. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, limit access to people and providers who need it, and rely on secure payment handling for card data. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, produce and ship cases, provide tracking and support, secure accounts, prevent abuse, send requested emails, improve the store, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention duties.
Service providers
We share only what is needed with providers that help operate the store, including production and shipping partners, payment providers, email providers, hosting/database providers, authentication providers, and support tools. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; full card numbers do not pass through our servers.

We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for support, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Account and support records are kept while needed to provide the service, resolve issues, or meet legal duties.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information through the contact page. Some records may need to be kept where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
