Made to order

Cases are produced after purchase for the exact phone model selected on the product page. This keeps inventory lean and helps avoid waste, but it also means production time is part of the delivery timeline.

Exact fit matters

Phone models can look almost identical while using different camera, button, or body dimensions. We ask customers to check the sizing guide before ordering and to contact us when unsure.

Clear availability

If a product, drop, or phone model is not available, we aim to show that clearly. We do not want customers guessing whether something can be bought.

No fake urgency

We do not run sales - the price on the page is the price. We avoid fake countdowns, fake scarcity, and confusing sales pressure. If a drop or deadline appears on the site, it reflects a real store event.
